Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or software sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets for IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Identify potential clients and schedule meetings/demo calls. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services.
• Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for proposal submissions and project discussions.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and maintain CRM updates regularly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up with clients for proposals, negotiations, and payments.

Required Skills
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT products, software services, or cloud solutions.
• Experience in B2B IT sales or inside sales will be preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Inside Sales.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in SaaS, Cloud, ERP, CRM, or Corporate IT Services sales.
• Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Apollo, etc.
