💼 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time (For Experienced Professionals) / Internship with PPO (For Freshers)
💰 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹6 LPA

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻:
→ 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Drive hiring, onboarding, and team building
→ 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Oversee studio operations to ensure our spaces run efficiently
→ 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Manage daily administrative workflows and our CRM platform
→ 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Act as the central bridge across teams and mentors to align schedules and daily activities
→ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: Work closely with leadership to improve productivity and the overall student experience

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✅ Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
✅ Organized with a hands-on approach to managing people and operations
✅ Adaptable and confident in handling daily requirements in a fast-paced setting
✅ Fluent in English (Hindi/Kannada is a strong advantage)
✅ A true ownership mindset — ready to take the initiative
