About the Role
We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Insurance Advisor to handle retail insurance sales and customer relationships across multiple insurance categories including Health, Motor, Life, Travel, and General Insurance.
You will interact with customers, understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and ensure a smooth sales experience from inquiry to policy issuance.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for various insurance products
• Explain policy features including base plans, add-ons, riders, waiting periods, bonuses, and coverage benefits
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers with policy purchase, renewals, and documentation
• Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing
• Maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets

What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / insurance sales
• Experience in Health, Motor, Life, or General Insurance preferred
• Good understanding of insurance products, policy structures, and riders
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to build trust and close sales effectively
• Excellent communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Additional regional language skills will be an added advantage
• Graduate in any discipline
• IRDAI / IC38 certification preferred
