Communication🗣️: Good written and verbal communication skills to clearly present findings to the ground operations team and to get work done.
Overview: We are looking for a motivated Executive to join our Externalization Team. In this off-role position, they will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operational flows by closely monitoring data, tracking metrics, and generating daily actionable reports during BBD’26. Their primary focus will be on Last Mile (LM) and Mid-mile (MM) operations, identifying bottlenecks, and maintaining accuracy across multiple operational touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities –
LM or MM Pendency Management: Continuously monitor, track, and generate movement on Last Mile pendency to identify delayed shipments and operational roadblocks.
Process Improvement: Assist the team by highlighting trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement within Mid Mile (MM) and Last Mile (LM) workflows based on data insights.
