About the Team:
The S&D vertical at Ninjacart focuses on the farm-to-retailer business, procuring fresh
produce from farmers and delivering it to retailers. Our goal is to ensure fair prices for farmers
and market-quality produce for retailers, delivered right to their doorsteps.
As part of the team, you will manage sales and margins for your assigned categories. You will
need to understand customer needs and provide the right products at competitive pricing. If you
enjoy solving challenges like market analysis, creating the right assortment mix, adapting
to seasonality, engaging customers through marketing, optimizing sourcing for better
margins, and enhancing customer profitability, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
● Onboard and manage retail outlets efficiently within the assigned area.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
● Collect feedback from customers and communicate it to relevant teams to improve
customer experience.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:
● Education: Any degree.
● Requirements:
○ Must own an Android smartphone.
○ Must have a two-wheeler for local travel.

○ Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
○ Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
