The Showroom Accountant should manage all financial transactions for vehicle sales, spare parts, and workshop services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Vehicle Accounting: Generate invoices for new vehicle purchases, registration fees, insurance.

2. Service & Workshop Accounting: Monitor service job cards through the Service Manager to ensure accurate billing for labor and repairs and approve them.

3. Daily Cash & Bank Operations: Reconcile daily cash, UPI, credit card, and bank transactions.
4. Taxation & Compliance: File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) regularly and accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an automobile dealership specific to two-wheelers.

Software: High proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, DMS (Dealer Management System), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Skills: Strong understanding of GST compliance, inventory valuation, and cash handling, with effective decision-making ability.

Remuneration: Salary + Incentives, with an 5% appraisal on salary every year.
