We are looking for a dedicated professional to support a key client from our Bengaluru hub.
📍 Location: Bengaluru (On-site / Hybrid)
🕕 Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) to align with US business hours.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Source & Pipeline: Hunt for top-tier US talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and advanced Boolean/X-Ray search techniques.
Collaborate: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and execute targeted talent strategies.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless, premium, and relationship-driven candidate journey from first touch through to the final offer.
🎯 What You Bring
Experience: 3+ years of dedicated, end-to-end US Recruitment experience.
Sourcing Mastery: A proven track record of expert sourcing, sharp negotiation, and stellar stakeholder management.
Mindset: A proactive, resilient attitude with a passion for building genuine professional connections.
