Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-oriented Inside Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing the company’s products and services, identifying customer requirements, generating qualified leads, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and achieving assigned performance targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads and databases.
– Introduce and explain the company’s products and services professionally.
– Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
– Generate and qualify leads for the business.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
– Follow up with prospective customers as required.
– Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
– Ensure a professional, courteous, and customer-centric approach during every interaction.
– Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
– Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.
– Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
– Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
– Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
