Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team at Square Yards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s expansion in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads and networking
Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs
Present and promote property options to clients
Conduct site visits and property tours
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
Preferred Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Confidence in client-facing roles
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
○ Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on
achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
○ Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months
(Avg 1 deal/month)
○ CTC – 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)
○ 5 Day work week
○ Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
○ Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
