We are looking for Female Sales Executives/ Brand promoters to join our team. The role requires candidates who can build good relationships with customers, follow-up with potential leads and increase sales opportunities. The candidate should be able to find new customers and create sales strategies to grow business.
The position offers an in-hand salary of 15,000- 17,500 per month, with the opportunity to earn incentives upto 15,000 per month based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Close sales through door to door visits along with drivers
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results
Report performance metrics and feedback to your respected Team Leader regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th pass and 0-1 years of experience.
Age: 20-30 years
Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
