Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Bengaluru. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including executing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company regulations. Daily tasks will include managing employee records, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and liaising between employees and management to maintain a productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
Proficiency in implementing and maintaining HR Policies
Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site collaboratively and contribute to a positive work culture
Relevant experience in the HR field is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
