About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at client interactions, possess strong communication skills, and can manage the end-to-end property sales process. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the local real estate market, a passion for closing deals, and existing networks with channel partners to generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Show properties to prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable property options.
Build trust with clients through a consultative sales approach, addressing their queries effectively.
Manage the complete sales process—from property visits and negotiations to deal closure.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate quality leads.
Stay updated on local real estate trends and market opportunities.
Foster long-term client relationships by providing support, guidance, and post-sale assistance to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in residential real estate sales or a similar sales role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base and handle multiple leads effectively.
Strong understanding of the local geography and market trends.
Presentable, soft-spoken, and approachable personality.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
Passion for real estate and a strong desire to succeed.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools and sales systems.
