Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, website banners.
Develop brand identity elements such as logos, color palettes, and typography guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design output and innovate creative solutions.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.
Contribute to the overall visual strategy and aesthetic of the brand.
Create engaging presentations and infographics that effectively communicate complex information.
Assist in the development of visual assets for internal communications and events.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Premiere Pro/After Effects is a strong plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, layout, and typography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and present design concepts.
