We are seeking a proactive, organized, and dynamic Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the management. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure smooth operations both in professional and personal engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements of the Director.

Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and communications with professionalism.

Coordinate and accompany the Director on domestic and international business tours.

Assist in organizing and attending official meetings, networking events, and social/business gatherings.

Be available to attend late-night corporate parties, events, and client entertainment functions when required.

Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Draft, review, and manage business communications, presentations, and reports.

Monitor office administration tasks, vendor coordination, and other operational support.

Maintain a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and trust at all times.
