About the Role:
We are looking for graduates to join our team as Channel Sales Managers to drive revenue through direct sales by recruiting, training, and managing a Franchise Network.
Key Requirements
· Graduates with 2 to 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
· Channel Expansion and Development Experience Mandatory.
3 years of experience in appointing franchisees / relationships
Ie. Insurance or Banking or experience in working with Broker – sub channels, Telecom sector, etc
· Proven track record in managing indirect sales and partner networks
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
· Willingness to travel across regions
· Fluency in English and local language mandatory
· Natives of specified locations only need apply
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits and campus outreach activities to promote our e-learning comprehensive solutions
Recruit and onboard Franchises to promote our e-learning solutions
Train Franchisees on e-learning features and sales strategies
Drive daily/weekly sales targets in your assigned territory.
Monitor Franchisee activities and support them in lead conversions.
Identify potential institutions and opportunities for partnership.
