Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, handle inquiries, and resolve issues, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company’s products/services and their benefits to customers.
Answer customer questions and address concerns over the phone.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers as needed.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer outreach strategies.
Handle complaints or escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada etc.].
Ability to handle rejection and stress with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
