Responsibilities
• Maintaining client relations.
• Follow up with the clients on call
• Generate new lead for the company.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Act as the primary customer service contact for the client who have questions about their accounts or products.
