Experience : 6 months to 3 years.
Salary : as per market standards.
Job location : Yelahanka, Bangalore.
Responsibilities :
Interviewing, Recruiting, Onboarding of New Hires, Documentation, and completing the Exit Formalities for leaving candidates.
Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
Working on recruitment job portals to source for candidates for specific job positions.
Team Formation and Work Culture Development.
Other Responsibilities – Maintaining Payroll, Time Keeping, Attendance & Salary.
Maintaining personnel file records of the employees.
Monthly Payroll processing & Time Management.
HR Training and evaluation coordination.
Skills :
Basic level understanding on how to handle job portals.
Basic level of onboarding, offboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll experience.
Responsible, Dedicated, and Integral.
Should be able to Communicate clearly and effectively with other Employees.
Strong excel skills.
