Our Business Development Associates are the growth drivers & front line executors of our business. They showcase our product’s value proposition & services to doctors, maintain business relationships and help grow our user base. As an associate you will closely work with a team of like-minded executives to achieve monthly targets and generate new business.

Responsibilities
1. Build a robust pipeline of leads (doctors) via various sources/referrals
2. Understand doctor’s profile & day to day challenges to explain the benefits of our services
3. Pitch Carelan’s value proposition and services to showcase doctors how Carelan can transform their day-to-day surgical practices
4. Build monthly sales pipeline by visiting doctors in your assigned territory
5. Rigorous & structured follow ups with clients to ensure deal closure
6. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
7. Work on finding new avenues for lead generation
8. Involves 75% traveling (on ground sales)

Requirements and Skills
1. Willingness to familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
2. Skills and proficiency in communicating the business model with the Surgeons and networks smoothly.
3. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing data to update marketing strategies.
4. Must be a business-minded person, willing to expand the business development experience and show they’re ready for leadership roles.
