Job Description:
The candidate is expected to speak to our clients on the call, understand their health issues and explain about our programs to them. Further, book appointments for the new clients and assist with the post treatment services being provided by the company. The candidate is expected to be polite and have a positive approach towards our clients. Moving ahead in their journey with Akhilasoukhya, the candidates will be expected to get in touch with our existing clients to ensure better relations between the clients and the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Need to call and counsel the Assigned lead on time
Should track your leads, follow up and update on time.
Assist the clients if they have any doubts, queries, or concerns.
Book an Appointment with the experts and follow the SOP.
Track and achieve your set goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Report to your team lead on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
