Account Manager
Location – Bangalore – KN1 (JP Nagar – Kalyani Magnum)
Mode of Work – Hybrid – 3 days – 4days(WFO)
Exp: 1-5years
Compensation – 7 LPA Base 20% Variable (1 Lakh to can go to 3 lakh)
Interview Process: 2 rounds of technical (inperson interview)
Shift timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM IST / 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM IST / 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM IST.
Excellent Communication skills as process involves interacting with Global customers through calls, email, chats.
Experience in Technical Support –hardware related support.
Good Sales Mindset ( Up selling, down selling , cross selling, generating leads)
Customer centric
