Sourcing the Potential candidates using various Job portals (Naukri / Monster / Shine)
Existing Database, Professional sites (Linkedin), Job Postings, Mail blast, Walk -INS and Referrals.
Experience in working on Permanent Staffing and Contract staffing.
Doing the first level of screening i.e. Screening candidates through phone to ensure the Availability, Communication, Technical knowledge and fitment issue on the basis of the requirement.
Ensure the candidate understand the Requirement Specification and Salary. conducting background checks and maintaining records of all document.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
