Summary:
The Inside sales would be responsible for generating qualified leads / Opportunities primarily through outbound channels such as phone, email & social media. He / she would be a critical part of our sales organization and would play a significant role in building sales pipeline for Tarams. He/she would be reporting to the Director- Sales based out of Bangalore. This will be an individual contributor role.

Job Description:
Connect via voice, email and Social media to generate qualified leads /opportunities for the company
Should have carried lead generation as the most important metric with a proven track record in attaining the target over the last 3 quarters in the previous role
Candidate with highly successful track record in an Inside sales/lead generation model with an end to end IT product/service sales experience for the last 2-3 years
Prior experience in selling IT services/products to verticals such asEducation, ISV’s, Media, Retail, Manufacturing, and Healthcare would be desirable
Good understanding of technologies such as BI/Analytics, Learning management system, License management system, Custom Application development, Content Management Systems, Mobile, QA/ Testing would be an added advantage
Should be able to articulate the value proposition and influence the decision makers (CXO’s, VP level) for setting up phone / WebEx meetings for a detailed exploratory call as the next step.
Manage territorial responsibilities for generating new qualified opportunities by integrating with various stakeholders within the company to finally deliver a positive customer experience in a fast paced environment.
Should be willing to demonstrate selling skills in a fast paced sales environment by taking complete ownership of day to day activities and eventually meet the quarterly lead generation goals

Desired Skills and Experience
Should be a graduate with B2B sales experience preferably in the USA / UK market
Should have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 years with most or all of it in a Technology Sales preferably in selling IT services/Products to Enterprise/Midsize ($ 50 – 250 MN) companies in the USA market
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to all levels both within and outside the organization
Exposure to CRM tools such as Zoho would be an advantage
A self-starter attitude to attain the set goals individually with minimum direction
Should be dynamic, energetic, assertive besides excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to validate the client requirement through online and in-house research tools, formulate report and action plans to win the prospect is highly desirable
Time and priority management skills necessary to complete work within established timeframes
Creativity, resourcefulness and an innovative approach
