• Responsible for handling Sales for the assigned project/(s).
• Conduct Client Visits and manages Walk Ins.
• Presenting property solutions to clients.
• Generate business through Channel Partners.
• Having a Daily Follow-up with Enquiries Regarding Booking Status.
• Giving Daily Report of booking to Business Head.
• Participate in exhibitions for promoting sales.
• Scout for new sales opportunities through client references.
• Identifies business opportunities to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
• Produce marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information in order to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future ventures.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
